Everett Baby

The Gazette
October 30, 1895

District Attorney Everett is now receiving the congratulations of his friends. They are not giving him hearty handshakes because of his success in court, which, however, has been good, but because Mr. Everett announces with a broad smile that a young district attorney arriving at his home Monday morning and twenty-one years from now will cast his first ballot for good government in state and national affairs. The mother and child are both doing well while the father smilingly walks the streets and receives the congratulations of his friends.
