Editor Gazette: Farmers are getting some of their crops off of their hands now. Crops are very good and in splendid condition.

Mrs. Jacobs has been sick for some time. We hope she may soon recover.

Mr. Thomas Robeson, of Junction City, was in this vicinity Monday looking after timber for the Cornie Lumber Co.

We saw in the Tribune that Prof. Mason had taken a trip to Texas.

We learn that Mr. Charlie Cherry will teach for us at the Seals school house. Success to him.

Mr. Wm. Croswell, of Blanchard, was in this community Monday. He says that families are moving from Junction to the old historical, health-restoring place.

Mr. Thos. Burnside and Miss Lena Upshaw were tied together by the ceremonies of matrimony last Sunday.

Miss Dollie Mason and Mrs. S. A. Hollis will start to DeKalb, Texas, soon where they will attend the marriage of Miss Lou Hale.
