Bayou D’Arbonne Frozen

Bayou D’Arbonne was frozen across Sunday in numbers of places where the water was several feet deep. The steamer Robinson found much difficulty in getting through the ice. Just below Farmerville warehouse the boat had to back up, there using her wheel to break a way through the ice, which was so thick in places that it tore up the wheel considerably.
