Mr. E. W. Brazzeal, of Spearsville ward, informs us that a shooting scrape occurred at Junction City Saturday night, in which the town marshal. Charley Barham, was shot in the thigh with buck shot.
The party who did the shooting was concealed in a vacant building and he fired upon Barham while the latter was passing on the opposite side of the street. A man named Bishop has been arrested for the crime.
