District court convened Monday morning and will probably last through Thursday.
Action has been taken in the following matters:
William A. Lewis, liquidator, vs. J. M. Wynn, dismissed at plaintiffs costs.
Lon Frisby pleaded quilty to charge of carrying concealed weapons and was fined $20 and costs.
Robt. Murry pleaded guilty to charge of defacing storehouse of H. N. Jones, and was fined $5 and costs.
Beet Evans pleaded guilty to charge of carrying concealed weapons and was fined $25 and costs.
Ed Hunt was fined $15 and costs for disturbing the peace, and $25 for carrying concealed weapons.
Isaac Brown pleaded quilty to violating labor contract and was fined $10 and costs.
In suit of C. B. Roberts vs. A. A. Terral, J. G. Trimble intervenor, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff against defendant for $305; intervenor was decreed owner of property seized.
