S. G. & W. L. Trimbel vs. Z. T. Goyne. Judgement for plaintiffs for about $300.

Wm. Etress vs. Mary Etress. Judgement of divorce.

In case of State vs. J. B. Covington and Lewis Page, judgement of not guilty was rendered.

Jim Thurman was convicted of carrying concealed weapons. Fined $25 and costs.

J. S. Meeks was acquitted of charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

State vs. Oscar Caldwell, murder. Verdict not guilty.

J. B. Covington pleaded guilty of charge of assault with a dangerous weapon, and was fined $35 and costs.

Lot Futch was acquitted of charge of riding a horse without permission.

Henry Futch was acquitted for charge of carrying concealed weapon.

S. T. Gray was convicted of killing hogs the property of another.

Henry Futch was fined #15 and costs for assault and battery.

State vs. George Ramsey, murder. Verdict, not guilty.

Verdict of not guilty was rendered in case of State vs. Minor and Jasper Holloway on charge of attempt to bribe a witness.
