Court convened Monday morning and will probably continue in session through this week.
J. B. McLaurin was fined $100 and costs for retailing liquor without license.
Fred Wells was convicted of charge of cutting timber from public land.
Case against Francis Malone, on charge of selling liquor without license was nolle proceed.
M. M. Moore was convicted of charge of assault and battery, in one case and fined $15 and costs. The other case against him for same offense was dismissed.
