In addition to that reported in our last issue, the following business was transacted in court:

Joe Page was fined $150 and costs for selling liquor without license, and in default of payment he was sentenced for four months in jail.

Tom Ivey pleaded guilty to charge of carrying concealed weapons and was fined $25 and costs.

Suit of B. B. Thomas vs. B. T. Hopkins was dismissed at plaintiff’s costs.

Judgments of divorce were granted plaintiffs in suit of R. D. Slawson vs. Mrs. Eula Taylor and Mrs. Bettie Wilson Harper vs. Walter Harper.

Suit of Trimble Bros. vs. J. A. B. Rabun was dismissed at plaintiffs’ cost.
