District court adjourned Friday afternoon. The following business was transacted since our last report:

Willie Gibson was fined $5 and costs for maiming a domesticated animal.

Ardis Thomas was fined $5 and costs for disturbing peace; and also $10 and costs for carrying concealed weapons.

J. G. Trimble vs. Mrs. R. Hartman and husband. Judgment in favor of plaintiff for $948.30.

W. L. Trimble vs. Mrs. R. Hartman and husband. Judgment for plaintiff for $2250.

J. L. Hopkins vs. Susan Rembert. Judgement in favor of plaintiff for $33.20.
