District court adjourned Friday for this month’s term. The following cases were disposed of:

James H. Waters vs. John Ryan. Judgment for plaintiff for $321.75.

Willie Burch vs. Martha Ford. Judgement of divorce for plaintiff.

Mrs. Florence Thomas et al vs. C. T. Simmons. Judgment for plaintiffs for $300.

Mrs. Mary Hammock vs. C. N. Key. Judgment for plaintiff for $195.44.

Lucius Acree vs. Mrs. Obelia Acree. Judgment of divorce for plaintiff.

In suit of W. R. Tugwell vs. Fred Armstrong, Mrs. Robinson intervenor, judgment was rendered decreeing intervenor owner of cotton in dispute.
