Charley Simmons pleaded guilty to charge of assault, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $20 and costs.

Aleck Bearden was acquitted of charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Jas. Poston pleaded guilty to charge of assault and battery, and was fined $25 and costs.

W. K. Pryor pleaded guilty to charge of carrying concealed weapons and was fined $25 and costs.

James H. Waters vs. John Ryan. Judgment for plaintiff for $321.75.

Belle Douglas et al. vs. heirs of Alex and Alma Rembert. Dismissed at plaintiff’s cost.

A. N. Garland vs. T. W. Butler. Judgment for plaintiff for $245.48.

Mrs. Genie Bagwell vs. Frank Bagwell. Judgment of divorce for plaintiff.
