Jim Stevens pleaded guilty to petty larceny.
Nolle prosequi was entered in the following cases: Will Lewis, carnal knowledge of female under 16 years of age; Geo Lovettt, same offense; Dave Simmons retailing liquor without license.
Abb Reed and Pink Wood pleaded guilty to carrying concealed weapons and were each fined $25 and costs.
Geo Lovett was acquitted of charge of incest.
Babe Brown was convicted of charge of deserting and failing to support wife. This is one of the new laws and the first case tried in our court. The sentence was $10 and costs, it being shown that he was now living with and supporting his family.
J. W. Rabun pleaded guilty to charge of forgery.
Lewis Richard pleaded guilty to charge of violating Sunday law and was fined $25 and costs.
Lee Tidwell was acquitted of charge of manslaughter.
Ed Cummings was acquitted of charge of robbery.
Bob Foster was acquitted of the charge of manslaughter.
