Downsville Club Has Meeting

The Downsville Junior Homemakers met Monday, January 9, for their regular meeting. the house was called to order by the President, Mary Alice Smith and the roll was called by the secretary, Nell Robinson.

The club heard interesting reports from various committees and discussed giving a prize to the girl in High school who completed the best Home project. After the business session the club enjoyed a very interesting program which was as follows: The Benefits of Cooperation, by Gloria Dawn Ford. Poem of dedication, by Julia Beth Holman. A Reading, by Lillian Owens.

The club reports much enthusiasm shown in all the club and they are enjoying as usual a successful year.
