State vs. Moreland Hendriks, petit larceny, nolle pros.
State vs. Oliver Hally, burglary, plead guilty.
State vs. Ray, killing hog of another, plead guilty.
State vs. Leon Fields, carrying concealed weapons, plead guilty.
State vs. Pat Defee, disturbing peace, plead guilty.
State vs. Wince Ellison, stealing horse, verdict guilty.
State vs. Jeff Johnson, inflicting wound less than mayhem, not guilty.
State vs. Olliver Kelley, burglary, not guilty.
State vs. Lewis Johnson et al, robbery verdict guilty.
State vs. Arthur Cobb et al, arson not guilty.
State vs. Ernest Redford, assault with dangerous weapon, not guilty.
State vs. J. E. Wooden, retailing liquor without license, not guilty.
State vs. John Gary, retailing liquor without license, plead guilty.
State vs. John Gary, retailing liquor without licence, nolle pros.
State vs. Fred Gary et al, disturbing the peace, plead guilty.
State vs. Jim Wade, retailing liquor without license, plead guilty.
State vs. Jack Hollis, failure to work road, fined $2.50 and costs.
State vs. Walter Wilson, retailing liquor without license, not guilty.
