On last Monday afternoon members of the W. M. S. with several visitors met at the home of Mrs. Willie Smith for a social hour. After several games were played refreshments were served consisting of a salad course, cake and lemonade.
Everyone had a nice time and wish for another social soon.
Mr. Ernest Patrick, and friend of Monroe, Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Smith and children. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Smith and children, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Patrick Sunday.
Mrs. C. F. Moore and children and Miss Chloe Nutt attended singing at Mt. Union Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Spencer spent the week end with Mr. Allen Gresham and family.
Mr. Morrell Nutt spent the week end with relatives near Spearsville.
Mr. and Mrs. Stone Harris were the guests of Mr. W. E. Porter and family Sunday.
Mesdames C. W. Holloway, C. F. Moore and Miss Chloe Nutt went to El Dorado Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Moore and Mrs. Lucille Johnson went to Mt. Union Sunday.
