Will again make an attempt to send you the daily occurrences of our little town, for what changes time hath wrought! Since I lost wrote, the angel of death has visited us, and taken from our midst the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. S. M. Foster. William was a young man just entering the prime of life.
Mr. J. P. Riley, formerly of this place was here last week on business.
Mr. J. B. Albritton and family, also Mrs. Lizzie Hinton visited relatives at Colson Saturday.
Mr. Robert Henry is on the sick list this week.
Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Antley visited their brother, Mr. Preston Albritton Sunday. They were accompanied by Miss Susie Albritton.
Mr. Wesley Roberts, formerly of this place was drowned in the D’Arbonne last week.
A traveling salesman visited us last week and sold our school a set of good books. We hope they will be benefited by them.
Mr. James Henry, father of Mrs. Elsie Johnson, died last Wednesday with pheumonia.
