Rev. Moore delivered two splendid sermons Sunday to a large audience.
The Senior and Junior B. Y. P. U.’s are progressing nicely, the officers and teachers held a monthly workers council in the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Weldon Sunday afternoon.
Mr. B. F. Gray celebrated his 75th birthday Sunday, May 5th. Lunch was served under the large oak trees, with a large number of relatives and friends present.
Mr. Carroll Grafton and family, and Mrs. Georgia Blackman spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Grafton.
Mr. Luke Breed and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Gene Weldon.
Mr. and Mrs. Elzie Grafton spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Heard.
Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Johnson of Homer, were visitors here Sunday.
Mr. Clyde Edwards and Miss Allie Gray of Shreveport, visited relatives here first of this week.
Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Gray visited relatives at Hico Sunday.
