Miss Tinie Grafton spent Sunday with Lavinia Smith.

Mr. and Fred Shaw, Mr. and Mrs. Wess Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest McCellum and Mrs. Jessie McCellum spent Sunday with S. P. Tabor and family.

Mrs. C. W. Holloway and Mrs. Grady Fuller visited Mrs. C. F. Moore Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Beaird visited relatives in Spearsville Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Spencer spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Gresham of Evergreen.

Mrs. Tom Brooks and Mrs. Minefee Johnson visited Miss Chloe Nutt Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Grafton and children visited the former’s parents in Camp Creek last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Mid Evans have installed a radio in their home, several friends were over Sat-night to listen in.

Mr. and Mrs. Pressley Barrett and Mr. and Mrs. Dewy Evans visited Mr. John T. Kelley of Ruston recently, who is sick.

Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Holland, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Farrar visited Mr. Boom Farrar and family Sunday.

Messrs. Luie Kelley and Lavelle McCallum attented the B. Y. P. U. at Pisgah Sunday’s night.

Misses Lola and Mattie Lee Grafton spent Wednesday with Mrs. H. R. Holland.

Mrs. W. H. Farrar gave a quilting Thursday, those present were: Mesdames Earnest Liggin, Charlie Jackson, Henry Kelley, H. B. Holland, B. G. Smith, Mattie Lou Fomby, Howard Farris, and Messes Lola and Mattie Grafton. At the noon hour they were served a most delicious dinner.

Mr. A. Sheppard, of Ruston, was a business visitor here Wednesday.

Mrs. F. C. Neusom of Strong Ark. is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. J. C . Phillips, this week.

Mr. and Mrs. John Denham of Monroe are visiting their parents Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Denham this week.

Mr. E. J. St. John and family of El Dorado, were here Sunday visiting relatives.

Miss Lavada Harris is able to be out for the first time since breaking her leg the day before Christmas caused by slipping on ice.
