W. M. Thaxton charged with inflicting wound has than mayhem nol prossed.
State vs. Jessie Lowery charged with assault with dangerous weapon. Upon trial was found guilty as charged and fined $10 and cost.
State vs. Pauter Witersoy charged with murder. Defendant plead guilty without capital punishment and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
State vs. Phillip Ward, charged with assault with dangerous weapon. Plead guilty to assault and was fined $10 and cost.
State vs. Phillip Ward charged with carrying concealed weapons. Plead guilty and was fined $25 and cost.
State vs. Mack Brantley, charged with murder. Case tried and verdict of not guilty rendered.
State vs. D. B. Garland, charged with assault with dangerous weapon tried and found not guilty.
