The January term of the Fourth District Court at this place was begun Monday, and up to this time the Monday, and up to this time the following matters have been disposed of:
Bennett & Jones vs Robt. Lee Jones, judgement for plaintiff for $116.70.
N. G. Tippett vs N. G. Turner dismissed on motion of plaintiff .
J. W. Heard & Bro vs R. L. Blackman dismissed by plaintiff.
Selig & Cromwell vs J. N. Jones Jr., judgement for plaintiff for $158.25.
State vs Zisk Nolan, defendant pleaded guilty to carrying concealed weapons and was sentenced to pay $10 and cost.
State vs Wm. Meyers, defendant was convicted of selling liquor without license and sentenced to six months imprisonment and to pay $100 and cost and in default of paying fine and cost to be imprisoned for an additional period of twelve months.
